Inventory Views
Users have choices on how to view inventory information
- Graphical View: Pictures of your bins showing inventory level and set points
- Grid view: Bin levels and additional monitoring information
- Inventory trends: graph of historical usage
- Product View: inventory levels rolled up by product
Graphical View

You can see the inventory in each bin and the time of the last reading.
- Bins will blink if a set point has been reached
- Readings are displayed in red if an automatic device monitor is late with a reading
- You can create custom views for users - only include bins they want to see
Grid View

Additional Information includes:
- Time and status of last reading
- Device reading (BIM can receive a device reading and convert it to a different format for display. For example, receive feet-of-headroom and convert it to pounds-of-product.
Inventory Trends

You can select what information you want to see
- Pick one bin or multiple bins
- Pick the date and time range you want to view
You can display data in a graph as shown above or you can look at a table of the actual readings and time.
Product View

You can drill down to look at the inventory levels in the individual bins.
